As wellness massages practitioner  :

* I do my job and respect the private life, dignity and freedom of my customers.

* I am aware of my limits and skills. I do not provide prestations which I was not trained to.

* When I estimate than my customer needs it, I will send him (her) to medical services.

* I respect rules for hygiene and lifestyle.

* I respect privacy and decency  rights of my customers.

* The cotton linen used for the massages is machine washedat 90°C.

* The massage products are of quality and hypoallergenic.

 

THE ICAIMA CUSTOMERS COMMITMENTS

* The customer agrees to have impeccable hygiene and to remain courteous during the massage session. Any drift of bodily order entails the immediate end of the session, which remains due in its entirety.

* Appointments must be respected and assumed. In case of cancellation, please notify 24 hours in advance.

 

IN WHICH CASE WELLNESS MASSAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ?

* For the pregnant ladies, because specific massages are dedicated for them.

* I am not therapeut, and I can not practive on heavy pathologies (cancer, …)

* In case of fever or inflammation.

* If you are not sure, thank you to ask to your doctor, in order to get a certificate from him.
